Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
We take pride in getting our customers what they want, as quick as they want and at a reasonable price. Your package will be delivered by UPS or USPS. Current handling and processing times are 1-3 business for ready to ship items and 7-21 business days for all other items. Once item is shipped you will get a notification with tracking number and expected delivery date. In the event your item is lost or damaged please let us know and we will file a claim and get you refunded within 30 days.
Returns
The Small Print
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event an item does not fit we will be happy to exchange the item for the correct size. All items must be in original packaging, unworn and in resell condition in order to qualify for a refund. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after confirmed delivery by carrier. "Custom orders, one of kind items and clearance items are final sale. No exchanges or returns accepted for these items."
